Summary of 2013

A lot of good things happened in 2013. Here’s a quick summary of the most important things.

I had just finished running all the way a 4K lap that I couldn't ever run without walking. March 2013.

At the end of May I ran a 7K lap. My longest run in my life at that time.

  • Exactly 365 workouts (1 per day), 327 hours, 1216 km. 

  • If we remove walking from the summary: 251 workouts (4,8 workouts per week), 242 hours, 831 kilometres.

 

 

  • Most practised group workout: strip aerobics. Went there 32 times.

  • Best discovery: BodyPump.

  • Also practised a lot of Zumba and (body)weight training.

  • Tried different aerobics classes (regular, Aeroburn Step, Aeroburn, BodyStep, kickboxing aerobics), yoga, pilates.

 

  • Walked 385 km.

  • Cycled 334 kilometres.

  • Swam nearly 18 kilometres. Going to improve that next year!

 

  • 8 hours on the elliptical trainer. Helped to get me into running again!

  • Only one hour of tennis. I have no partners to play and practise with…

I’m sure I have forgotten something important but these things were the ones to pop into my head first. What a year! 🙂

Food Friday 27.12.2013

On Food Fridays I will tell you about everything I ate that day. No matter if it is a good day or not: you will see it all.

1st meal: 12 PM

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 slices of bacon

  • 2 teaspoons of flax seeds

  • 3 slices of Estonian cheese

  • about 75 grams of pork

  • about 75 grams of sült

  • about 100 grams of fried and marinated Baltic herring (marineeritud räim)

 

2nd meal: 8 PM

  • about 200 grams of salmon (on the picture)

  • about 200 grams of raw cabbage

  • 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise

  • 5 grams of butter

  • 2 teaspoons of coconut oil

All in total normal calories but too high on protein. The last Food Friday of 2013! 🙂
