A lot of good things happened in 2013. Here’s a quick summary of the most important things.

Exactly 365 workouts (1 per day), 327 hours, 1216 km.
-
If we remove walking from the summary: 251 workouts (4,8 workouts per week), 242 hours, 831 kilometres.
-
Most practised workout: running. I ran 61 times, including 3 running competitions: Narva Energy Run, Tartu 2. Tudengimaraton and Tartu Novembrijooks. 58 hours and 20 minutes. 447 kilometres.
-
Fastest pace running: 6:26 min per km at Tartu Novembrijooks.

Also practised a lot of Zumba and (body)weight training.
-
Tried different aerobics classes (regular, Aeroburn Step, Aeroburn, BodyStep, kickboxing aerobics), yoga, pilates.
-
Walked 385 km.
-
Cycled 334 kilometres.
-
Swam nearly 18 kilometres. Going to improve that next year!
-
8 hours on the elliptical trainer. Helped to get me into running again!
-
Only one hour of tennis. I have no partners to play and practise with…

I’m sure I have forgotten something important but these things were the ones to pop into my head first. What a year! 🙂
