Food Friday 12.07.2013

On Food Fridays I will tell you everything I ate that day. No matter if it is a good day or not – you will see it all.

This week’s Friday is a lot different: since I’m on a small island volunteering at a summer festival and relaxing, I don’t have a normal kitchen or groceries or time to cook here. But I came prepared, don’t you worry. Here is what I ate today.

 

Breakfast (8 AM)

  • 50 grams of mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, brazil nuts, hazelnuts, pecans)

  • 4 egg muffins (recipe coming on blog soon!)

 

Lunch (3 PM)

  • 2 grilled fish fillets

  • vegetable salad

  • sour cream sauce

 

Dinner (5 PM)

  • Chicken soup

 

Nutrition info is kind of not exact since I didn’t have anything to weigh my food. 

In total, the meals were about 1500-1600 kcal, 121 grams of protein, 23 grams of carbs, 102 grams of fat.

 

Next (normal) Food Friday in a week! 🙂
