A regular LCHF breakfast

Usually I eat twice a day and honestly I enjoy both of those meals a lot. Sometimes I have a small snack for lunch. So here is my regular breakfast.

Here we have:

  • 2 eggs

  • 20 g of sour cream

  • 25 g of bacon

  • 30 g of cheese

  • a bit of butter (or homemade mayo)

  • veggies (avocado, cabbage, tomato, cucumber etc)

Coffee or tea I only have if I feel like it, a few times a week. 

And it is so good and filling. Second meal of the day I have around 4 PM. I will have a blog post about that coming up soon. 

I also have some other breakfast options, will introduce them to you soon.
