On Food Fridays I will tell you everything I ate that day. No matter if it is a good day or not – you will see it all.

Lunch (2 PM)

  • 200 g of 4% cottage cheese

  • 5 g of dark cocoa powder

  • gingerbread spice

 

Dinner (5 PM)

 

Snacks

  • 10 g butter

  • slice of salami

  • teaspoon of tahini
