A simple creamy sauce with turkey is great with any vegetable side you can imagine.
Makes 2 large servings.

What do you need?
-
450 grams of minced turkey thigh
-
200 grams of cream (35% fat)
-
20 grams of oil
-
salt and pepper
How to make it?
Heat your pan to medium high heat. When it’s hot, add in the oil. When the oil is hot and ready, add in the turkey thigh meat and season with salt and pepper (and other herbs if you feel like it). Fry until the meat is golden brown.
Now add in the cream. Let the sauce come up to a boil and turn down the heat to about medium low. Let the sauce bubble until it thickens. The higher the fat content in the cream, the thicker it will get.

Serve with vegetables of your liking. Bon appetit!
