Food Friday 8.11.2013

On Food Fridays I will tell you about everything I ate that day. No matter if it is a good day or not: you will see it all.

1st meal: 11 AM

 

  • almond and flax seed pancakes (recipe coming soon!)

  • 30 grams of sour cream

  • 5 grams of dark cocoa

 

2nd meal: 5 PM

 

  • 100 grams of frozen cauliflower
  • 150 grams of broccoli
  • 50 grams of cheese
  • 250 grams of pork

 

Post workout 8 PM

  • slice of cheese 

  • slice of ham

  • 5 grams of butter

 

 

All together 1700 kcal.
