Food Friday 18.10.2013

On Food Fridays I will tell you about everything I ate that day. No matter if it is a good day or not: you will see it all.

Breakfast (11 AM)

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 slices of bacon

  • 40 grams of cheese

  • teaspoon of sesame seeds

  • teaspoon of flax seeds

  • 13 grams of sugar-free homemade Nutella

  • 120 grams of cauliflower

  • 12 grams of butter

 

Dinner (5 PM)

  • 230 grams of zucchini

  • 1 oven-roasted chicken leg

  • 20 grams of butter

 

Post-workout snack (8 PM)

  • 20 grams of liver pate

  • 10 grams of cheese

  • 150 grams of cabbage

 

 

All together about 1450 kcal. A little too high on protein but that’s OK (most of the week I’ve been below 25% with protein). If I manually add up all carbs, they come to 25 grams, I don’t know why the diagram shows them wrong. This ShapeUp Club app updat has messed some things up I guess…
