On Food Fridays I will tell you everything I ate that day. No matter if it is a good day or not – you will see it all.
Breakfast (10 AM)
Breakfast was pretty much the same as last week. Actually I don’t have the same thing every day: I do have eggs of some form in my morning every day but the cauliflower just happened that way. I love my raw cauliflower! But this week it was the first (!) time eating raw cauliflower. On other days I have had avocado, tomato, bell peppers. So don’t assume I don’t have variation in my breakfasts.

300 grams of raw cauliflower

Dinner (4.30 PM)

250 grams of pork

150 grams of eggplant

10 grams of sesami seeds

10 grams of lard (to fry the eggplant)
Evening snack (7 PM)

water

5 grams of dark cocoa powder

30 grams of cream

10 grams of butter
In total about 1700 kcal and 22 grams of net carbs (36 grams total minus 14 grams fiber). The carbs were over my 20 gram limit but since they all came from vegetables or seeds, that’s OK. I won’t gain weight because I ate a little more vegetables!
