Food Friday 2.08.2013

On Food Fridays I will tell you everything I ate that day. No matter if it is a good day or not – you will see it all.



Breakfast (10 AM)

  • 3 eggs

  • homemade mayonnaise (recipe)

  • 2 slices of cheese

  • a slice of bacon


Dinner (5 PM)

  • 250 g of oven baked chicken

  • 2 slices of cheese

  • homemade mayonnaise (link to recipe presented before)

  • chocolate protein waffle (similar recipe)



  • about 50 g of smoked herring


Nutrition facts

In total about 1800 kcal.


Next Food Friday in a week! By the way, we are having my mom’s birthday party on Friday, so the next Food Friday is going to be a lot different than usual.
