Lunch (2.30 PM)

100 g of ricotta + 1 egg mixed and fried in about 10 g of coconut oil
- 20 g of sour cream with 5 g of cocoa and 75 g of rasperries
Dinner (5.30 PM)
-
100 g of broccoli stewed in cream and cheese
-
200 g of pork
-
8 g of Vivani 92% chocolate (very bitter and low in carbs)

In total about 1550 kcal.
