Lowest carbs nuts and seeds

I have often wondered around in the nuts and seeds isle in my grocery store, trying to figure out the carb-count in some nuts and seeds. Either it’s not marked on the packaging or there is no information about fiber, only total carbs are marked. If you buy nuts from the “weigh-them-yourself” shelves, there is absolutely no information. So a couple of weeks ago I gathered a lot of nutritional information about nuts and seeds from Wikipedia and other sites I could find.

So here it is: a table where all nuts and seeds are sorted out starting with the item with the lowest net carbs (information per 100 grams).

Here is also a table that is sorted out starting with the lowest item with the lowest total carbs.

Hope this information helped some of you.
