I have been following Jess Paige’s LCHF on Instagram for a while now and recently I started following her blog aswell. She has some pretty amazing recipes out there! This mug cake I’m going to share with you is inspired by this recipe.
In the original recipe no protein powder is used, she used coconut flour. Since I have yet to find coconut flour, I had to make a substitution.
The recipe makes one big mugcake.
What do you need?

1 egg

10 g of cream cheese (softened) / sour cream

a pinch of baking soda

5 g of dark cocoa powder

10 g of butter (softened) / oil
-
25 g of protein powder
-
water
-
a pinch of cinnamon, cardamom, sweetener etc (to your personal liking)

microwave oven

The mug cake is 280 kcal, 30 g of protein, 3 g of carbs, 17 g of fat.
