On Food Fridays I will tell you about everything I ate that day. Healthy or unhealthy: you will see it all.
Today was a hectic day. First I slept in too long because my sleep quality is so much better here in my parents’ house and then was in constant lack of time. I had no time cook and just ate what my parents had in the fridge. Not the healthiest of day but considering everything, I did pretty good.
Breakfast: 11 AM

half a cup of oats

half a cup of oat bran

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 cup of milk

lots of homegrown frozen strawberries (preserved with some sugar)
Lunch: 2.45 PM

1 portion of oven baked potato and minced meat casserole
-
1 cucumber
-
1 slice of cheese
-
ketchup
-
200 grams of kefir
-
2 teaspoons of sugar
-
5 tablespoons of kama
-
raisins
Dinner: 7.30 PM
-
2 carrots
-
3 small fish in tomato sauce
-
1 slice of rye bread
-
1 slice of cheese
-
200 grams of curd
-
2 teaspoons of sugar
-
dark cocoa powder
-
1 small banana
Too much sugar, too little veggies and fruit. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
